As of April 1st, 2022 the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis lifted all COVID-19 safety protocols. Leaders of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis made the adjustments based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). The Archdiocese has followed the CDC’s and MDH’s guidance since the beginning of the pandemic more than two years ago, and will continue to work with public health officials and other experts.
Therefore, parishes may choose to retain some restrictions, or phase them out incrementally. At St. Bridget's, social distancing and mask wearing are not required. Capacity or food comsumption restrictions are no longer in effect. St. Bridget's will also return to using the Confessional space for Reconciliation and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Eucharist will not be required to wear masks when distributing Communion at Mass after Easter.
Everyone is welcome to continue to taking precautions for themselves such as wearing a mask, if they choose to do so.
Please continue to pray for those who have died, those who are sick, and those who care for them. If you have questions, please call the parish office at 651-257-2474.
