Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance and repair projects
- Manage and prioritize work orders for maintenance staff
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility is in compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to obtain quotes and schedule repairs
- Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment
- Assist with the planning and execution of facility improvement projects
- Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team
Requirements:
- Experience working with low voltage and high voltage systems
- Knowledge of facility maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to fabricate, repair, and install various equipment and fixtures
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software for tracking work orders and managing inventory
